The SustainaKit (KA220-VET) project aims to integrate sustainability into vocational education and training (VET), especially in culinary schools. It supports the EU Green Deal, Farm to Fork Strategy, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (12 and 13) by promoting responsible consumption and eco-friendly cooking practices.
Main Objectives

- Promote KM0 (local) products and responsible consumption to reduce waste and carbon emissions.
- Develop sustainable culinary techniques and energy-efficient practices through the Good Practices Handbook and Toolkit.
