On 6 November 2025, the partners of the Erasmus+ project SustainaKit – Towards a Sustainable and KM0 Cooking Education met in Bratislava, Slovakia, for the official Kick-Off Meeting, hosted by the project coordinator Topcoach.
The meeting marked the beginning of a strong European collaboration among the project partners. During the session, participants discussed the project’s overall vision, objectives, work packages, expected results, and dissemination strategy. Particular attention was given to identifying effective ways to engage VET teachers and learners in adopting sustainable practices within culinary education.
The meeting provided an important opportunity for partners to align their approaches and establish a shared roadmap for the project’s implementation. It also strengthened cooperation within the consortium and reinforced the partners’ common commitment to promoting sustainability in vocational culinary training across Europe.
